FAU RS JR Jason Driskel is gone, according to his posts and ESPN.
“I undoubtedly will miss my teammates and the game with all of its trials and tribulations, but I will not regret the decision to move into the next chapter of my life,” Driskel wrote.
This certainly is interesting. Driskel had to compete for the gig this season and won the job in the middle of the year, eventually making it his own with his running ability.
FAU will have a new OC — 24-year old Charlie Weis Jr — and a new QB to defend their conference title.
